Zoe E. Miles (she/they) is an American artist from Los Angeles currently based in the Bay Area.

Zoe uses natural light and shadows as her focus to create a dreamy and surreal atmosphere in her work, using her personal experiences with dissociation as a heavy influence. Their work focuses on causing an exploration of the relationship between the intimacy of home and the comfort they find in familiar spaces, as well as the aspect of nature in relation to themself and their life. As a Black woman, the focus of nature has been explored through Black ecology; Aiming to find healing through nature and growing life on Earth, and exploring what it means to be a Black woman intertwined with nature.

For their practice, Zoe uses an eco-based process by developing their film with plants and working with cyanotypes to create prints that are unique and environmentally conscious.
